Instant Car Wash

Car dealers, rental agencies, and automobile repair shops must wash cars as a normal course of business. Many don't have a properly designed and constructed wash bay. The Hydro Engineering Instant Wash Rack system is the answer. This system does not require design, demolition, construction, and in most cases, no permits. In just one day, you're washing.

The main components shown here illustrate the simplicity of the system. The patented hydropad collects the water, the wash recycling system purifies the water for reuse through the wash brush, and its integrated hydroblaster provides fresh water for rinsing.

The wash recycle system sends recycled water out to the wash wand, where the ionic bond between the paint surface and dirt is broken by the micro-bristle brush. The recycled water sweeps away the dirt as it's released from the paint, eliminating any damage to the finish. Most vehicles are washed in three to four minutes.

The integrated hydroblaster fresh water rinsing system allows the operator to quickly rinse the recycled water from the vehicle surfaces, and adds makeup water to the system. Softened or spot-free water can be used, eliminating the need for drying.

Hydropad systems are modular, allowing you to choose any size wash rack you require. Shown here is a hydropad with enough room to wash two cars simultaneously, speeding washing at peak times. Most racks set up in just one day, and you're washing. If you ever need to move it, disassembly and relocation are simple.
